» Modern analysis techniques, advanced software tools and innovative services are a matter of the right perspective and also always require the necessary vision. Only then can we develop software for the praxis relevant questions of tomorrow. «

The model-based structure-FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) can be applied in conjunction with FE-software for robustness analysis of risk structure. The aim of these calculations is the analysis and the covering of structures in terms of existing risk scenarios such as component failures by external interventions or weakening of a different kind. The FMEA-method has proven to be very efficient for risk analysis and risk covering and can be applied in almost all sectors and in the most diverse tasks.

The model-based robustness analysis leads not only to reliable structures, but also to schedule and cost loyalty. These are qualities which are of huge importance especially for large building projects such as stadiums, power plants and high-rises. Consequently this kind of analysis is a useful tool to estimate structure risks in the early stages of the planning process and deal with these risks preventively and systematically.
